My husband and I have recently moved to Seattle. Now we have a whole house where for the past 10 years we have lived in small 1 bedroom apartments in Brooklyn and San francisco. We have quickly become spoiled with the space we have! We even have space for a 6' Christmas Tree! In the past I haven't decorated our home for the holidays as we usually travelled abroad during this time. Since we're currently nesting and have the space, I am going full on ( in my minimal way) into holiday decorations! Here are some amazing stockings I have come across:
Currently obsessed with this item, but as we're still in the midst of furnishing and decorating our new home, shelling out $94 dollars per Stocking for Holiday decorations seems a bit irresponsible. But if you can, you should definitely buy these, or buy them for me! :)
I ended up settling on these cute and totally PNW-themed stockings. Crafted from vintage clothing and made in Portland. I like that not only are these made in the U.S. and locally ( Well Oregon is pretty close to Seattle!), it's re-using some fabric. All which feels very authentic to the Pacific Northwest. $48 dollars not so cheap for stockings, but I feel pretty good about this purchase.
3. The Land of Nod's Merry Mascot Stockings
Now, I don't have children, but if we did, I would totally gone for these stockings by Michelle Romo for The Land of Nod. I did for a second consider getting them anyways, but I am trying to look like a grown up these days.
